Since 2010, ginnybakes has been growing exponentially. We started by placing our all organic, gluten-free and kosher cookies in high end, gourmet and natural food stores across Miami and our loyal wholesale customers report strong sales that have grown consistently over time.
In the summer of 2011, ginnybakes converted all cookie recipes to gluten-free, upon completion of a new certified gluten-free kitchen in Miami, Florida.
Wholesale customers may choose from eight cookie flavors and five bake mix flavors. Cookies are available either in 7 oz. fresh baked boxes or 12-pack boxes of GB go- packs. Our 7 oz. fresh baked box is targeted for grocery shelves and has proven to be a strong seller, while our GB go-packs work fabulously in cafés next to the cash register at coffee and juice bars.

Opening orders
Our minimum opening order is three cases. We regret that ginnybakes cannot mix or split cases.
Terms
Initial orders are shipped once prepaid by credit card or check. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Wholesale customers may apply for credit terms but please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $75 fee and may be outsourced to a third-party collection company. ginnybakes reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time, without notice, and reinstate prepaid terms using American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
Shipping
Ginnybakes ships FOB Miami, FL. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven (7) days of receiving delivery. Please note any damages on the bill of lading and e-mail us at info@ginnybakes.com. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to settling a claim.
