Ginny Simon, a certified nutritionist and a graduate of New York’s Institute of Integrative Nutrition, knows a thing or two about managing a balanced lifestyle for herself and her loved ones. As a holistic nutritionist and self-professed “health nut,” Ginny, together with her husband Steve, supports a nutritious, active lifestyle for her four sons and surrounds her family with balanced, home cooked meals.

Out of the belief that dessert should be no different – delicious, nutritious, whole and organic – the dream of ginnybakes was born. With her family happy to serve as taste-testers, Ginny tirelessly experimented with ingredients like dark organic chocolate chips, organic nuts and fruit, gluten-free flours and agave. Since perfecting her first creation and launching ginnybakes in Miami in 2010, Ginny’s national line has grown to include a vast selection of mouthwatering cookies, brownies and muffins available in ready-to-eat and bake mix varieties.
